Great looking guitar Brock. I'd go with the tortis, it'll be a classy look.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. I'll cast my vote with the clear pickguard. That top is too nice to cover.

Beautiful work Brock. Another vote for the tortis.

Wow... I'm not usually a fan of sunburst finishes, but i love this one. Elegant understatement at it's best.
Beautiful guitar!

Amen to all that's been said. Everything works together on this guitar, and you should feel satisfied. And I can feel your struggle as to keep it or sell. You'll regret whichever path you take!
Pickguard--I think either way you go will be fine.
Lay the Tortis on there--unstuck--for a couple and see how it looks to your eye.

Brock, Astounding! Beautifully done. I love the peghead shape. I'm doing one similar, but not quite exact. I think it is very elegant. Very well done. I'm sure it sounds as good as it looks!

That is one fine looking guitar Brock. You should be very proud of yourself.

I think a pickgard for sure, but don't have a preference. The tortis will add some elegance to the whole thing, and the clear will as well, just a different elegant look.

Or what about a nice, brazilian pickguard to match the rosette and binding? Would that be out of place?

Bravo, well done.Rod True38728.6119444444

Gorgeous guitar, although I'd probably have left the top untinted. But then I'm not a big fan of tinted anything on acoustics. I love the understated, clean design, everything works together really well. Kudos!

You're also making me ponder the sets of Madagascar Rosewood I've got sitting here, calling my name. Must..resist..temptation...

:-)

Resistance if futile, give in to the darkside Mattia, and together... oh, nevermind.

But it's arguing with the Zootman's quilt sapele, the cocobolo, and now the Ziricote and the waterfall Bubinga are butting in as well!

It's just not fair!

Kind of answers that question about if a tree falls in the forest...if all the Zootman's wood is sitting there arguing after a trip thru the bandsaw...

Man that is killer Brock, I love the headstock, I am on the fence with the pickguard idea can you put a tortise on temporarily so we can vote on it. It may look stunning either way

Yes. I can do that. It needs to be worked a little to fit the sound hole shape, but it will be enough to give you the idea.

I will post it yet this evening.
